I am Markus Fjørtoft, a former professional footballer working at the intersection of sports, media, and business. Through my company, TwentyOne Sports & Entertainment, I advise organizations on strategy, branding, and communications while also leading projects in broadcasting, content creation, and digital storytelling. This website showcases my work across these domains.

My Background

Having lived in seven countries and played professional football across three continents, I’ve experienced firsthand how sports, business, and culture intersect on a global scale. Alongside my career on the pitch, I earned a bachelor’s in cultural anthropology and a master’s in business from Duke University, equipping me with the tools to navigate industries beyond football. This blend of elite sports experience, strategic insight, and media expertise allows me to connect brands, athletes, and organizations—bridging disciplines to create meaningful impact.
